“John provided a quote some time ago to treat the recurring rust spots that had come through on most of the lintels around the windows on a two storey townhouse we moved to in Scarborough last year.
Unfortunately, we learned the hard way! We picked the cheapest quote and the so called painter we used didn’t treat the rust spots at all and they recurred two months later.
We contacted John again and his colleague, Filipo, came around every morning and treated the lintels that had rust spots re emerging,over several days, doing the job professionally and thoroughly, while explaining the process carefully as they went.
